There are limited spots in Rise+, so admission is not guaranteed. We will review each application independently and make a decision based on the applicant's past engagement with CanU, as well as their commitment to community involvement. Some applicants may require an interview.

Please note, if you were not selected by your school and provided this CanU application or provided this application form by a CanU Staff you will be added to our wait-list.
